Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically while using this Application.
Important note: unless otherwise specified, all Data requested by this Application are mandatory. If the User refuses to communicate them, it may be impossible for this Application to provide the Service. Where this Application specifically states that some Data are optional, Users are free not to communicate those Data without consequences to the availability or operation of the Service.
Any use of Cookies or other tracking tools by this Application or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application serves the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in this document and in the Cookie Policy.

Chat content voluntarily sent by Users, including voice messages and ephemeral photos, is processed to allow delivery, display to recipients, service security, abuse prevention, handling of reports and, where necessary, the protection of the rights of the Controller or third parties. Such content is not intended for public profile visibility and is ordinarily shared only with conversation participants, except where access is required for technical, legal, support, moderation or security reasons.
Data are processed at the Controller's operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in processing are located. Depending on the User's location, data transfers may involve transferring the User's Data to a country other than their own.
Unless otherwise specified in this document, Personal Data are processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose for which they were collected and may be retained for longer due to legal obligations or based on the Users' consent.
Voice messages may be stored as part of the chat history for the time necessary to provide the Service, manage the account, prevent abuse, answer lawful requests or defend the rights of the Controller.
Ephemeral photos are designed to be viewed once by the recipient through the normal in-app flow. This does not mean immediate or absolute deletion from all technical systems. Related files, metadata and temporary technical copies may be retained for the limited time strictly necessary for delivery, security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, backups and legal compliance, and may then be deleted or anonymized according to normal technical and organizational cycles.

This Application allows Users to communicate through private chats, including text messages, voice messages and ephemeral photos voluntarily sent by the User. Such content is processed to provide messaging functionality, deliver messages to recipients, maintain service security, prevent abuse, handle reports and improve the technical reliability of the Service.
Ephemeral photos are intended for a single in-app view by the recipient. The Controller adopts reasonable technical and organizational measures to limit unauthorized access and misuse, but cannot absolutely guarantee that third parties will never capture, record or reproduce such content by external tools or device features outside the Controller's control.
Some content, particularly images sent in chat, may be subject to automated or manual checks for security, moderation, prevention of unlawful content or content contrary to the Terms, and community protection.
Personal Data processed: message contents, delivery metadata, chat identifiers, data relating to the use of microphone, camera or gallery when activated by the User to send content.
This Application uses third-party services for in-app purchase processing. The Application does not directly collect complete card details, but may receive confirmation data from the relevant store operator.
